Your goal is simple: Build the bridge between 1-Tom-Plumber and the Northwest Chicago community. You aren’t selling plumbing, you’re selling reliability to:

The Requirements
● Proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
● A clean driving record (you’ll be in a company vehicle).
● The ability to speak "Professional" and "Plumber" (You are the face of our brand).
● A high school diploma (required) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Compensation: $67,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
