Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.
The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are seeking Connecticut-licensed Journeyman Plumbers to perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, including diagnostics, repairs, drain cleaning, installations, and emergency service calls.
We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

- When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
- Perform excellent customer service
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing and drainage systems.
- Perform excellent quality work - Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
- Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
- Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
- Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!
- Perform residential plumbing services, repairs, and installations.
- Assess customer needs, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Keep service vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory properly maintained, organized, and stocked.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Connecticut P-2 Journeyperson Plumbing License.
- Demonstrates strong experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
- Possesses the ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
- Exhibits excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience with flat-rate pricing and performance-based compensation is preferred.
Compensation will be based on hourly rates + performance incentives.
Compensation: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
